This Privacy Policy explains how Maude’s Games (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information in connection with Neuro Dash Go (the “Game”), an action and reflex game. It applies to the versions of the Game that we publish on Android, iOS, or other platforms where applicable. Different platform versions may have different technical features. This notice should be read together with any required in-game privacy choice or platform permission notice.

The Game uses Google AdMob, Firebase and analytics as part of its monetization and operation. Data processing depends on the services active in your released version. We update this notice when material practices change.

2. Categories of information

Advertising and technical information: When you use the Game, AdMob and other enabled service providers may process advertising identifiers (where available and permitted), IP addresses, device and operating-system attributes, app versions, language, approximate location inferred from IP address, ad requests, impressions and interactions, and relevant diagnostic or security information.

Usage and diagnostics: Enabled Firebase and analytics services may process app instance identifiers, session and engagement events, error or crash diagnostics, performance measurements and device/app information. Not every Firebase product is necessarily enabled in every version.

Gameplay: The Game may retain scores, progress, preferences, settings and related gameplay state on your device. Cloud synchronization or player accounts, if actually offered in a particular version, may involve additional processing disclosed at the point of use or in an updated notice.

Information you send us: If you contact us, we may process your name, email address, message, game name, voluntarily provided screenshots, device details, and support materials. Do not send sensitive information unless necessary for the request.

The types of information processed depend on the services actually active in the Game. In particular, advertising SDKs may automatically transmit IP addresses, user product interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers to support advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention. These activities are separate from gameplay data stored on a device.

3. Advertising and monetization

The Game is monetized using Google AdMob. Its advertising may include banners, interstitials and other supported formats where enabled in the particular version. AdMob may use technical data to deliver ads, perform frequency capping, measure ad performance, detect fraud, and personalize advertising where permitted.

Where mediation, bidding, or other advertising providers are enabled, relevant partners may receive advertising and device information according to their roles. The identity of participating demand providers can vary based on the configured mediation system and available ad inventory. Their use is subject to applicable disclosure and consent requirements.

4. Firebase and analytics

The Game uses Firebase and analytics for game operations and measurement. Relevant processing may include app instance identifiers, session and engagement events, device information, and diagnostics. Other Firebase products, such as Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config, Authentication or databases, are described here only where they are enabled in the relevant released version.

5. Purposes and legal grounds

We and relevant providers process information to deliver and maintain gameplay, show and measure advertising, diagnose defects, improve stability, understand product usage, respond to support requests, protect against fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, the applicable legal basis depends on the purpose and circumstances. It may include consent for processing that requires prior authorization, legitimate interests for appropriate security and service-improvement activities, performance of a contract where necessary, or compliance with legal obligations. We may also disclose information to respond to lawful requests, enforce rights or address security incidents where legally appropriate.

Whether any disclosure constitutes a “sale,” “sharing,” targeted advertising or similar regulated activity depends on the applicable legal definition and the actual advertising configuration. Where legally required, relevant notices and choices will be provided. We do not make an unconditional assertion that no information is sold or shared for legal purposes.

7. Advertising consent, tracking and choices

Where required in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland or other jurisdictions, we present an appropriate consent process for advertising and analytics. Consent withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

When Apple App Tracking Transparency applies, we request authorization before tracking as defined by Apple. We do not treat permission to play as blanket advertising consent. You may contact info@maudesgames.com about privacy choices or rights that are not accessible through device settings.

Where a legally required consent interface or advertising opt-out is provided, that control is intended to apply to the relevant processing and participating providers. 8. Children and age-related protections

The Game has an age rating on each store where it is offered. We provide appropriate parental notices, consent and restrictions on data collection and advertising where required by COPPA or other applicable children’s privacy laws. Age-related treatment depends on the Game’s actual audience and store classification, not only on its age-rating label. Where child-directed processing is subject to additional requirements, relevant advertising and analytics activities are restricted or configured accordingly.

9. Retention and deletion

Locally stored gameplay information generally remains until the Game is reset, its application storage is cleared or it is uninstalled; device backups may operate separately. Support messages are retained for the period needed to address the inquiry, handle disputes and meet applicable legal requirements, then deleted or anonymized according to our practices.

Advertising, analytics and Firebase records follow the retention settings and agreements of the services actually enabled. 10. Security and international processing

We maintain reasonable administrative, organizational and technical safeguards designed to protect information under our control against unauthorized access, alteration and misuse. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where relevant service providers operate. Where international data-transfer law applies, we assess the safeguards required for the relevant transfers.

11. California and other U.S. privacy rights

California’s CalOPPA may require disclosures of online information practices. Where the CCPA/CPRA applies to Maude’s Games, California residents may have rights to know, access, delete, correct and opt out of covered sale or sharing, and rights concerning sensitive information and non-discrimination as provided by law. Other U.S. state laws may provide related rights where applicable.

Categories potentially processed in this Game include identifiers (such as advertising or app identifiers), internet or electronic activity (such as ad impressions and usage events), approximate location inferred from IP, device diagnostics and communications voluntarily provided to support. These may be disclosed to advertising, analytics, technical-service and distribution providers for the purposes described in this notice. Specific legally mandated category lookback periods and additional CCPA disclosures will be provided where the law applies.
