Welcome to Cube Fall ("the Game"), developed and published by Maude's Games. Cube Fall is a fast-paced platform survival game in which players control a cube while the game environment continuously moves upward. Players must move left and right, jump between platforms, avoid falling, escape dangerous spikes, navigate moving and breakable platforms, and survive for as long as possible.
This Privacy Policy explains how Maude's Games collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information associated with your download, installation, testing, and use of Cube Fall. At Maude's Games, we respect player privacy and believe that games should collect only the information reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, support, secure, and improve the player experience.
By downloading, installing, testing, or using Cube Fall, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Cube Fall does not require players to create an account, profile, username, password, or membership in order to play the current version of the Game. Maude's Games does not intentionally require players to provide:

- Contact lists
- Photos
- Biometric information
- Social media credentials
to access normal gameplay. If account-based features are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are made available.

You may voluntarily provide information if you contact Maude's Games for technical support, bug reporting, gameplay problems, testing feedback, compatibility problems, feature suggestions, general questions, or privacy requests. Cube Fall is built using standard mobile game frameworks. Any engine-provided or SDK-provided service that independently collects player information will be identified, and this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect the actual technical stack before or promptly after each release.

Depending on your device, Android operating system, Google Play services, application configuration, and technical requirements of the Game, certain technical information may be generated or processed automatically, including device model, manufacturer, Android OS version, application version, device language, screen resolution, performance metrics, crash logs, error information, and compatibility diagnostics.
This information is used solely to identify crashes, diagnose bugs, improve compatibility, maintain stability, and enhance the gameplay experience. Maude's Games does not use this information to determine your real-world identity.

Cube Fall may save gameplay-related information locally on your device so the Game can function properly and preserve appropriate player preferences, including current score, highest score, survival progress, gameplay settings, audio/sound preferences, and control preferences.
Unless a future version specifically introduces online storage, multiplayer functionality, online leaderboards, or cloud synchronization, gameplay information stored locally on your device is not intentionally transmitted to Maude's Games.
7. How We Use Information
Information associated with Cube Fall may be used to operate and maintain gameplay functionality; save local preferences; diagnose crashes; investigate bugs; improve stability and controls; respond to support requests; protect game security; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
8. Advertising
The current version of Cube Fall is not intended to collect personal information for behavioral advertising by Maude's Games. If advertising networks or personalized advertising technologies are introduced in a future release, this Privacy Policy will be updated before changes take effect.
9. Analytics
Cube Fall is currently designed so that players can enjoy the Game without creating an account. If analytics technology is introduced in a future version to measure gameplay events or stability, this Privacy Policy and Google Play Data Safety disclosures will be updated accordingly.

Cube Fall is distributed through Google Play and operates using services provided by the player's device or operating system. Google and platform providers process technical or account-related information independently under their own privacy policies.

The current Privacy Policy does not represent that Cube Fall requires direct payment information to be submitted to Maude's Games. Any future paid features or in-app purchases will be processed securely through authorized app-store payment providers.

Cube Fall is designed as a casual entertainment game and does not require users to provide personal information to play. Maude's Games does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 (or the relevant age in your jurisdiction) in a manner that requires parental consent under COPPA. Maude's Games does not sell or rent personal information associated with Cube Fall. Information may be disclosed only when reasonably necessary to provide technical services, respond to lawful requests, or protect user security and legal rights.

Gameplay information stored locally on your device remains there until you clear app data, reset the game, or uninstall. Maude's Games uses reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards to protect information under its control.

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to requests, securing the Game). Users have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting info@seekemhub.com.
16. California Privacy Notice (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete, and opt out of data sharing. Maude's Games does not sell or share personal information collected directly through Cube Fall for cross-context behavioral advertising.
